Mommer Published in The World's First Homeland & National Security Law Review in The Country!
The founding member of the Mommer Law Firm published a legal analysis entitled "The Canberra Process: Strengthening Legality & Leverage" in Volume 1, Issue 1, of the Homeland & National Security Law Review.
The Homeland & National Security Law Review is the first law review of its kind in the United States. The law review is published by the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. The review was founded by Bragidar General Michael McDaniel (ret.) who teaches Constitutional Law at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. General McDaniel also and started the Master of Laws program in Homeland & National Security Law at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Mr. Mommer's article examines the legal construct of the 1996 Canberra Commission Report on the Elimination of Nuclear Weapons. Mr. Mommer's article advocates for a revitalization of Canberra's legal framework and recommends a focus-shift toward non-nuclear weapon states.
Mr. Mommer has been a long-time advocate of nuclear disarmament. He believes that such weapons are contrary to international customary law and continue to pose a threat to human kind.

Step #2: Mr. Mommer will research your requests, advise you on the law of Wills, and confirm how you want your Will drafted. After an estate plan is finalized, a fee agreement is signed, and payment is made, Mr. Mommer will then personally draft your family Will.
Step #3: Mr. Mommer will send you a copy of your Will for your review. Revisions will be made at this stage. You will be instructed to sign the Will in front of two witnesses and a notary public.
